Starr Ramone 78 – “…Not Forgotten”

In Part Two of Starr Ramone 78, a new miniseries by Mae Lyne, Starr Ramone comes face to face with someone she thought was buried in the past.

PAGE ONE Panel 1. Kenji Davenport and Dee Dee Ramone talk in the kitchen of a crowded house party. Kenji says, "Music is all I have. After what happened to Sheena… I couldn’t turn my back. I had to keep going." Dee Dee replies, "Wow." Panel 2. Dee Dee gets passed a drink from a partygoer. Dee Dee says, "I think you should meet my friend." Panel 3. Dee Dee looks back to Kenji and continues, "You definitely have something in common."

Panel 1. Dee Dee brings Kenji over to Starr Ramone. Dee Dee calls Starr's name. Panel 2. Close up on Starr. She looks up, nervously. Panel 3. Starr stands up. Panel 4. Starr is nervous talking to Kenji. Kenji looks dumbfounded. Starr says, "It's been a while, hasn't it?" Panel 5. Close up. Kenji looks shocked. Kenji whispers, "No, it can't be..."

Panel 2. Close up on Starr. She looks up, nervously.

Panel 3. Starr stands up.

Panel 4. Starr is nervous talking to Kenji. Kenji looks dumbfounded. Starr says, “It’s been a while, hasn’t it?”

Panel 5. Close up. Kenji looks shocked. Kenji whispers, “No, it can’t be…”
