A 7-year old boy in a small town south of Paris dug up a jar of partially decomposed human fingers preserved in alcohol.

The vigilant local police force immediately set out to return them to its rightful owner – a woodworker who lost his fingers 30 years ago and buried them near his home after finding out they were not able to be surgically reattached. Mon Dieu!
