In the first Nintendo Switch panel, the ‘screen’ shows that the player’s Pokémon is evolving but instead of a usual Pokémon, the thing evolving is the logo for Twitter. Little balls of light surround it and the Twitter logo is glowing to showcase that it is changing into something new. The text reads, “What? Twitter is evolving!”
In the second Nintendo Switch panel, the ‘screen’ shows the newly evolved Pokémon which is the logo for X, the new name, and branding for Twitter. The text at the bottom of the ‘screen’ reads, “Congratulations! Your Twitter evolved into X!”
Outside the panels, holding a Nintendo Switch is a young woman dressed like a Pokémon trainer. She is looking at her game and is upset over the evolution of Twitter. She yells, “This is shit!”
