Slowing Down

Remember to breathe and enjoy the day even in a fast paced city

Transcript:

Panel 1:

Text: In this motion blurred fast paced life

The view of a city at night is slightly motion blurred.

Panel 2:

Two benches sit vacant on grass, by a body of water. A tree hangs over the benches and the leaves are orange, like the evening sky in the background which fades into darker colours of the night. A mountain is in the far background and it’s reflected onto the body of water.

Panel 3:

Text: it’s so important to just slow down and stop

A pair of black sneakers are seen close up on the grass. A few leaves are scattered on the grass.

Panel 4:

Text: breathe

A person sits on one of the empty benches and takes in the view. It’s slightly darker now as the evening continues to become night. Stars are sprinkled in the changing sky and the moon is bright, round and full.
