Title: 104 Days of Summer Vacation
By: Kristen Lee
Panel 1: “Ah summer break at last.” In the background, the calendar shows that it is June. A girl wearing a pink top, black skirt and purple socks, sits on her bed. The bed has pink sheets. A pile starts growing at her feet. It is labeled “Things to do” and it’s underlined 3 times.
Panel 2: “I can finally work on everything I’ve been procrastinating.” The girl still sits on the bed in the same outfit. The background is slightly darker. The calendar now says July. The pile of things continues to grow by her feet. To her right, in addition to the things to do is a new pile that says “more things to do!!!”
Panel 3: The room is now darker. She sits in the same position in the same outfit and notices that the calendar now says “August”. The pile continues to grow and a label on her bed says “important!”
Panel 4: Realization. This panel is all black with writing and a crying face in white. The white text reads “I did nothing”
