Uncle Sam leans in and says, “I can’t force you to take the pandemic vaccine anymore but here’s your regular dose of who knows what.” Uncle Sam holds up a syringe labeled “ANTHRAX” which he is injecting into the military man’s arm. The syringe is being injected on top of his tattoo, a snake that reads below it “Tread on me.” “THAT’S RIGHT!” declares the military man happily.
