Negative Space Seeks Positive Space for Printing

The Negative Space fundraiser, aka “Analog Photography Night” will be held this Friday, March 4th, at Streetside Bar in Logan Square

By Uncategorized

Negative Space in Wicker Park is one of the few community darkrooms in Chicago that still offers facilities and instruction workshops for hand-processing and printing film. Due to holes in the ceiling of the darkroom and insufficient space at their current location at 1000 N. Milwaukee Ave, Negative Space is planning to move into a more positive space—preferably one with more room and better equipment—as soon as they can raise the funds to do so. The Negative Space fundraiser, aka “Analog Photography Night” will be held this Friday, March 4th, at Streetside Bar in Logan Square, 3201 W Armitage. The event will feature a performance by the Breezey Babes, a color Polaroid booth, DJ’s, food, and drinks.
