Submissions

The Moustachioed Dissident is a literary journal instigated and edited by a group of graduate students and allies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago's MFA in Writing program.

The journal includes fiction, non-fiction, poetry, work for the stage and screen, as well as hybrid works incorporating text. We are especially interested in these mixed forms, however we see the journal overall as a hybrid work in and of itself. We may also be interested in looking at paintings, prints, photographs, drawings, etc.

To submit, please send your Word document or .pdf file to themoustachioeddissident@gmail.com.

Each page should include your name, email address, and phone number so we can contact you easily.
