About the Artist
As a student in SAIC’s Fashion Design program, Coffey was the recipient of the prestigious Driehaus Award for Fashion Excellence. Her interests are clearly reflected in the comics she published in F Newsmagazine as co-editor-in-chief.
Coffey worked for Tony Award-winning costume designer William Ivey Long before being snatched up by Michael Curry Design as a full-time puppet maker. Robyn lives happily in Portland, Oregon, making costumes, props, and set pieces for clients including Cirque du Soleil, Disney, Universal Studios, and theaters and operas around the world.
